• Manage seven research projects with varying focus on ethical, legal, and social implications, including patient focused drug development, genetic sequencing, 
  and social and behavioral genomics. 

• Develop interview guides, strategize recruitment and sampling, ensure IRB compliance, collect and analyze qualitative/quantitative data.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of clinicians, ethicists, genetic counselors, and social scientists to translate findings into peer-reviewed publications.

• Designed and implemented a mixed-methods study to explore the relationship between success, transnational migration, livelihoods, 

and social networks in rural Nepal.

• Collaborated in cross-cultural contexts with diverse international stakeholders to facilitate sustainable impact. Insights catalyzed the formation of a 

weekly community based farmers market, directly impacting access to income sources for local households.

• Mentored undergraduate students and conducted regular performance evaluations. Designed curricula aimed at increasing student learning and engagement. 

• Successfully adapted to remote research methodologies during COVID-19, maintaining productivity and stakeholder engagement.

• Evaluated state-wide implementation of a federally funded program through audits, focus groups and interviews. Based on evaluation,
  increased total households utilizing the program by 11%. 

• Developed and disseminated research findings with best practices to policy stakeholders, driving conversations to increase program inclusivity and uptake.

• Produced research briefs and stakeholder presentations with best practices and policy recommendations to tackle food insecurity and improve nutrition in
  low resource settings and diverse retail settings. 

• Worked directly with the Chief Strategy Officer to strengthen the foundation’s strategic partnerships and relationships with partner organizations
  to find innovative solutions to support and protect activists. 

• Spearheaded cross-functional collaborations and planning workshops across multiple departments to identify and address organizational needs,
  produce successful budgets and proposals for up to 6.7 million. 

• Increased individual donor revenue by 9.4% through increased engagement efforts and organized donor events including meet and greets, galas,
  and happy hours, across major cities in USA & Norway. 

• Increased annual budget by 32% over 3 years by streamlining grant writing and reporting workflow, organizing fundraising events, and increasing
  networking and donor outreach. 

• Managed a portfolio of programs and ensured successful completion of project milestones focused on increasing health equity and access to
  healthcare programs for women in marginalized communities.

• Monitored and adjusted program design to ensure project performance targets were met within budget and timeline, maximizing outcomes for external funders.
